Refund Policy
This policy covers payments for the paid plans of Skript Rooms, provided by InMind, informacijske storitve, d.o.o. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used.
30-day money-back guarantee
No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Skript Rooms for any reason, write to hello@skriptrooms.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. This applies to monthly and yearly payments alike.
After a refund the room goes back to Free. Nobody is removed from the room and nothing in it is deleted.
This guarantee comes on top of any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
Renewals
A subscription renews every month or every year until it is cancelled. The guarantee covers your first payment for a room, not later renewals. To stop the next payment, cancel before the renewal date.
Cancelling
The owner of a room can cancel its subscription at any time in Room settings. The room keeps its plan until the end of the period already paid for and then goes back to Free. Nobody is removed from the room and nothing in it is deleted.
Productions plan
Rooms on the Productions plan are invoiced by InMind d.o.o. Cancellation and refunds for those rooms follow the offer you accepted.
How to ask
Write to hello@skriptrooms.com from the e-mail address you paid with and tell us which room it is about. You can also use the link in the receipt you received from Paddle. If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us and we will put it right.
